Three Stabbed Saturday Morning in Federal Hill, Suspect Now in Custody

Baltimore Police Department Release:

Triple Stabbing Update/ Arrest

On May 13, 2017 at approximately 1:30 a.m., two small groups were involved in an altercation inside Club Banditos, located at 1118 S. Charles Street.

As a result of the altercation, four males sustained stab wounds and were transported to area hospitals. Three of the males sustained non-life threatening injuries, while one of the victim’s remains hospitalized. His condition has been upgraded from critical to serious but stable.

Detectives investigated this incident and have identified and arrested a suspect in this case. Detectives have also learned that the suspect accidentally cut himself during this incident (the fourth male).

Detectives have arrested 17 year-old Shawn Guzman of Baltimore County. Guzman has been charged with three counts of Attempted Murder and three counts Aggravated Assault.

Currently, Shawn Guzman is in Central Booking waiting to see a court commissioner.
