From Baltimore Police Department:

Detectives have arrested 25-year old William Harmanson and 22-year old Amirah Randall in connection with several recent burglaries in the Baltimore area.

On June 9, 2017, William Harmanson broke into a home in the 2500 block of E. Baltimore Street. Once inside, Harmanson took over $3,000 worth of electronic items. While he was leaving the location, a citizen observed Harmanson coming out of the home and called police.

During their investigation, detectives were able to identify William Harmanson as the suspect. A warrant was issued and he was arrested on June 30, 2017. After speaking with detectives, Harmanson confessed to committing six additional burglaries.

William Harmanson also had an open warrant for attempted murder at the time of his arrest. On June 26, 2017, Harmanson struck a person with his vehicle, during an attempted burglary, in the unit block of Patterson Park Avenue.

During their investigation, detectives identified Amirah Randall as another burglary suspect. She was arrested on July 1, 2017, and charged with two additional burglaries.
