Body in Rhythm Training Doubles in Size, Expands Offerings

This is a sponsored post from Body in Rhythm Training

Body in Rhythm Training at 1000 E. Key Highway in Locust Point has doubled in size after expanding into the adjacent retail space. Body in Rhythm Training, which opened in October 2020, now has 3,000 sq. ft. of gym space that includes state-of-the-art training equipment and a new golf simulator. The facility’s garage doors open up to the Inner Harbor giving it a unique indoor/outdoor environment.

Body in Rhythm Training now has a team of five trainers including owner Matt Swiger as well as Fred Johnson, Myelz Ocadiz, Amanda Napier, and Rick Logan. Trainers are available for one-on-one sessions and small-group training.

Body In Rhythm Training allows independent trainers to run their own training business out of the gym space in exchange for paying rent as a percentage of revenue earned or for a flat rate.

In addition to training sessions, individuals can also participate in a 12-week group weight loss program with Kevin Grodnitzky (nutritioncoachingcenter.com).

The golf simulator, which offers thousands of courses from around the world, is available to rent for $40/hour.

Body in Rhythm Training is offering two new membership programs: a $75/month neighborhood membership which allows individuals to use the gym on their own time (limited spots available), or a $40/month membership if individuals hire a trainer and utilize their services at the space at least once per week.

Additional renovations are planned for Body in Rhythm Training in the coming months including the addition of bathroom and shower facilities.
