White Oak Hospitality Opens Office on Light St.

White Oak Hospitality has opened an office at 1200 Light St. The restaurant group owns Wayward Smokehouse, Banditos, 101, and Curious Oyster.

The first-floor office space was formerly the home of Lorax Partnerships, LLC.

Wayward Opens Beer Garden

White Oak Hospitality’s Wayward opened a beer garden this fall at the corner of E. West St. and Patapsco St. in Federal Hill. The space is behind its bar at 1117 S. Charles St.

The beer garden was built on a lot that has been vacant in recent years after two vacant rowhomes and a one-story commercial building were demolished at the site.

The beer garden is enclosed by a wood fence and has two levels of seating.

Fulton Bank Opens Office on Light St.

Fulton Bank has opened its new branch at 1100 Light St. in Federal Hill. Fulton Bank takes over a space that was formerly home to Unleashed by Petco before it closed in 2018.

Fulton Bank’s new retail suite is in a 5,750 sq. ft. building that was once a Rite Aid. Dunkin’ Donuts is also a tenant of the building, and a space along E. Cross St., which was formerly part of Unleashed, remains available for lease.

The building’s roof was painted blue and new windows were added. There is also now a Fulton Bank ATM machine on the exterior of the building.

New Paint Job at T. Rowe Price Building

The T. Rowe Price office building at 100 E. Pratt St. in Downtown/Inner Harbor has a new paint color on the facade of its first floor where the retail is located. The tan building was painted gray.

The retail section of the building has a Starbucks, but there are two large vacancies where Jos. A. Bank and Brio Tuscan Grille previously had locations.

T. Rowe Price will be leaving the building for a new campus at Harbor Point in the coming years.
