“Mayfair” 2017 Baltimore Symphony Decorator’s Show House!
Show houses are an amazing opportunity for students to participate in a REAL design project from concept to completion, add to your resume and portfolio, plus it publicizes our CCBC Interior Design Program so well! After touring the home and analyzing our ability to participate with in the timeline/ student interest, we will determine our involvement this year.
Any CCBC Interior Design Students (or alumni) interested in working as a CCBC team MUST email Laura Kimball at lkimball@ccbcmd.edu by Wednesday 2/7 & please try to tour the house during the Designer open house times (listed below). You will need to commit to participating in the project from February to late May. Project phases: Concept, Planning, Designing, Fundraising, Furniture/ Material Procurement, Construction, Furnishing & Decorating, Inventory, Presenting, Take-down, Repair & touch up.

Address: 401 Greenpoint Road Lutherville, Md. 21093 Directions– From Padonia Rd. to the west of I-83, turn left at Greenpoint Rd. (light) .5 miles to private driveway on right hand side. There is a large stone with the number “401” at the bottom of the private driveway. Your GPS system might not pick up the address correctly.
