The median sale price is the sale price in the middle of the data set when all the sale prices are arranged from low to high.
(Note: Not every South Baltimore neighborhood is tracked in Redfin’s Data Center. However, in a Redfin listing search it does indicate that Union Square has a median list price of $186,000 with a median list price per sq. ft of $88. Ridgely’s Delight has a median sale price of $198,000 and a median sale price per sq. ft. of $206.)
