Federal Hill South Chili Cook Off on Sunday, January 26th at Little Havana

The Federal Hill South Chili Cook Off is on Sunday, January 26th from 5pm to 9pm at Little Havana. The event is a fundraiser for the Federal Hill South Neighborhood Association (FHSNA) and Digital Harbor High School.

About the event from FHSNA:

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door (you can get those tickets at https://squareup.com/store/FHSNA).

The event will feature drink specials, live music from Roses N’ Rust, our 50/50 raffle, and the ever-popular dessert wheel.

We have an exciting line up of local celebrity judges — Team 46 will join us to judge the best chilis in the following categories:

·          Best Chili Overall – Judges
·          Best Vegetarian Chili – Judges
·          People’s Choice Best Chili
·          People’s Choice Best Vegetarian

·          Young Chili Champ (for kids age 14 and under)

Mayor Jack Young and Councilman Costello have promised to enter their own chilis — and we definitely need a few more chili-making contestants. Those interested in submitting their own chilis can shoot us an email at FederalHillSouthNA@gmail.com with Chili Contestant in the subject line.
