DUO Signage + Graphics has outgrown its 3,500 sq. ft. retail and office space at 1107 S. in Federal Hill and will be relocating to a 7,500 sq. ft. space at 3922 Vero Rd. in the Caton Research Center. The new location is just outside the Baltimore City limits in Halethorpe in Baltimore County.
DUO is owned by South Baltimore resident John “Woody” Wood. The company offers installation, production, and design of signage and environmental graphics. Its projects range from large format printing to complex wayfinding and corporate identity systems.
DUO currently has its equipment spread across several locations and is looking forward to centralizing its production, as well as its team of 12 employees, into one space.
DUO was hoping to relocate to a new space within a mile radius of its current Federal Hill location but, after looking at several properties in the area, it is happy to find a large new space just four miles down the road.
Construction is currently wrapping up at the new location. It will open on March 1st.
DUO has worked with clients throughout the region such as Under Armour, Sagamore Development, Mercy Medical Center, Legg Mason, and T. Rowe Price. DUO has also installed signage for many Federal Hill retail businesses.
DUO’s soon-to-be former Federal Hill space will be available for lease with Green Door Properties.
