On Thursday, March 3rd from 7pm to 9pm the League of Women Voters of Baltimore City, WYPR’s “Maryland Morning,” and the South Baltimore Peninsula neighborhoods hosted a Baltimore City Democratic Mayoral Debate in front of a large crowd at National Federation of the Blind in Riverside.
The candidates are Federal Hill resident David Warnock and State Senator Catherine Pugh, who owns 2 Chic Boutique in Pigtown, as well as Clifton Mack, Gersham Cupid, former Mayor Sheila Dixon, Elizabeth Embry, Patrick Gutierrez, DeRay McKesson, Councilman Nick Mosby, Councilman Carl Stokes, Cindy Walsh, Wilton Wilson, and Calvin Allen Young III.

The League of Women Voters will be hosting a Republican Mayoral Debate on Wednesday, March 23rd from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at the University of Maryland School of Law. Five candidates have filed to run. Hollins Market resident Joshua Harris filed as a candidate in the Green Party, along with two other candidates, and seven have filed as Independent or Unaffiliated.
