From BPD:
On 2-16-23 at approx. 0150, victim got home from work and parked his 2009 Mercedes in the 500 blk S. Fremont Ave. Victim began walking home from his car. Complainant was walking N/B on the brick path approaching Washington Blvd. One of the B/M’s approached complainant in the block and asked him for the time. The other 2 B/M’s approached and one of them implied a weapon by holding their waistband. The first B/M told victim that this was a robbery, and they demanded his phone and anything else in his pockets. Complainant give suspects his property. Complainant allowed some time to pass and walked back to where his car was parked. Victim observed his vehicle to be missing District Detective Unit assumed investigation.

From BPD:
On 02/19/2023 at 0330 hours Officers responded to 900 Light Street for report of a stabbing. Upon arrival Officers found the victim in the 900 block Light Street suffering from multiple stabbing wounds. Victim transported to hospital. Investigation revealed that victim, along with several other unknown B/F’s got in to argument, at which time a fight ensured. While fighting the victim was stabbed several time. A black pulled out a handgun and discharged same once in the air, causing everyone to run away. District Detectives assumed control of the investigation.

ROBBERY, 1200 S CHARLES ST, MONDAY, 2/20/23, 1:00
From BPD:
On 20 February 2023 at approximately 0130hrs, complainant was standing in the 1200 block of South Charles Street, after bars were closing. Complainant stated that two unknown black males approached him and suddenly assaulted him. Complainant stated that during the assault a black iPhone 12 with a black case was taken from him. Complainant stated that he could not determine any further information on the suspects or the direction of travel they fled to. Complainant received multiple lacerations and a bruise to his face. District Detective will assume the investigation.
