BPD has made a double arrest in connection with a portion of the following recent robberies. In the meantime, they are actively investigating additional leads and we will continue to see an increase BPD patrol presence.

UPDATE: Multiple Gun Shots Discharged in South Baltimore on Nov 08 at ~12:15am
Early on Tuesday, Nov 08, at approximately 12:15am, multiple gun shots were discharged on the 1100 block of S Charles St. Two high-end luxury vehicles were racing down the street and approximately 6 gunshots were discharged from the vehicles. While no persons were reported injured, there was significant damage to at least one local business. BPD has reviewed camera footage and is continuing to collect evidence as they investigate multiple possible scenarios in this incident. More info will be posted once it is available.

Upon my arrival, I met with the store clerk who reported that a black male suspect threw an object at him that struck his face. The suspect fled the store. Victim suffered a cut above his lip. Detective District Unit notified. Area Canvassed with negative result. Detective will assume investigation

Sharp St when two unidentified B/M’s wearing unknown clothing approached Complainant advised one of the suspects displayed a firearm and demanded property. Complainants give suspects property and fled the scene. along with Southern District Detective Unit will assume the investigation. 309 form issued and advised.

On 11/2/22 at approximately 1700hrs officer received a call from KGA to respond to the 800 block of William St in reference to an armed carjacking. Complainant explained that she parked her vehicle on the corner of Montgomery St. and William St. She was approached two males who demanded vehicle keys. Complainant surrendered the key and suspects fled location. Suspects describes the two males as approximately 16 years of age, wearing black clothing, having a black face covering, and very thin build District Detective responded to the scene assumed the investigative.

After further investigation a suspect was arrested and recovered was one Rock Island Armory 1911 – 45 caliber with seven rounds. Suspect was transported to Central Intake Booking facility. On 04 November 2022 at approximately 0118hrs officer your responded for a report of an Armed Robbery. Upon arrival officer was met by complainant who advised that he was robbed on the 1300 block of South Charles Street. Complainant stated that he was approached by two black male juveniles. Complainant stated that one of the juveniles displayed an unknown caliber handgun. Complainant was told to empty his pockets. Complainant complied and handed over keys, wallet, and his iPhone 12. Detective District will assume the investigation.

Cromwell St and when he returned to the site on 11-07-2022 he observed that the lock to the storage/shipping container that stores the construction tools was missing. On November 4, 2022 at 1630 hrs. I received a call for an armed robbery in the 1300 block of Hull Street. Prior to arrival the suspect vehicle then crashed at the intersection of Hanover and cross street and the suspects began to flee on foot. Two suspects were located in the rear of 1100 Race St. A small firearm was recovered. Further investigation revealed complainant stated that a vehicle pulled up behind her suspect exited vehicle and demanded property. Complainant gave suspects the property. Suspects fled by apprehended. Detective responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Two suspects placed under arrest.

On 11/8/22 at approximately 2348 hours your Officer responded to the 903 E. Fort Ave for a robbery call for service. Upon arriving, your writer located the victim. Victim advised that she was sitting in her vehicle in the mall parking lot when three #1B/M juveniles approached her vehicle and demanded she get out. Suspect implied having a weapon and pulled same out. Second suspect knocked the phone out of her hand and took possession of same. Third Suspect was just present. All three suspects fled the scene on foot heading towards Fort Ave. Foxtrot, along with other ground units responded and conducted a canvas with negative results. Citywide Robbery Detectives responded. assumed investigation.
