Southern District Attempt Murder Arrest
In reference to the shooting that occurred on October 30, 2022, investigators have arrested 43-year-old Kanisha Spence of Baltimore.
Detectives arrested Spence on October 30, 2022, in the 1800 block of Washington Boulevard, without incident.
Investigators believe Spence shot the 26-year-old male victim in the 1800 block of Washington Boulevard.
Kanisha Spence was transported to Central Booking Intake Facility, where she was charged with attempted 2st-degree murder.

Southern District Shooting
On October 30, 2022, at approximately 3:27 a.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in the 1800 block of Washington Boulevard.
When officers arrived, they located a 26-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound head.
The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. The victim is still alive but in grave condition.
Homicide Detectives are leading the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Homicide Detectives at 410-396-2100.

Southern District Shooting Investigation
On October 23, 2022, at approximately 3:21 a.m., Southern District officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of S. Charles Street to investigate reported discharging.
Officers responded and located a crime scene. A short time later, officers responded to a local hospital and observed a 26-year-old female being treated by medical personnel, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim is listed in stable condition.
Southern District shooting detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.
Preliminary investigation revealed the victim was shot while in the unit block of W. Hamburg Street by an unidentified suspect.
