The two victims where walking down the street when they where approached by a group of teens asking for the time. When they where ignored the couple was assault by a male and female in the group, and then the suspects ran off.

Southern District Shooting Investigation
On December 2, 2022, at approximately 2:40 p.m., Southern District officers were dispatched to the 100 block of West Hamburg Street to investigate a reported reported shooting.
When officers arrived at the location, they canvassed the area and discovered an unidentified male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Southern District Shooting detectives have assumed control over the investigation. Anyone who has information about this incident is urged to contact detectives at 410-396-2499.
