Each median statistic calculated by Redfin is from a 90-day period that ends on the last day of the stated month. The median sale price is the sale price in the middle of the data set when all the sale prices are arranged from low to high.
To note, not every South Baltimore neighborhood is tracked in Redfin’s Data Center. However, a Redfin listing search indicates that Union Square has a median sale price last month of $246,000 with a median price per sq. ft of $99. Ridgely’s Delight has a median sale price of $225,000 and a median sale price per sq. ft. of $154.
